First, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the recent frequent delays and occasional failures in receiving inventory items.
We have been working diligently to address these issues and, after much discussion, have decided to transition the current Inventory Database(DB) to PUBG's proprietary DB.
Currently, we are using the Steam DB, which poses significant challenges for us to perform immediate responses when Steam related issues, such as Steam server delays, occur.
To provide a more stable inventory system, we will be transitioning from Steam DB to PUBG DB.

* This inventory DB transition is limited to the Steam platform and will not have any affects on other platforms (Epic, Kakao).
After the inventory DB change, you may experience the inconvenience of being unable to view items in the Steam inventory, except for those that can be traded on the market.
However, from a long-term perspective, we have made this decision to provide better service through quicker responses to our players.
