As previously announced, we would like to provide separate explanations regarding the G-COIN compensation plan and reimbursement plan for the console platform.
We have thoroughly reviewed the refund policy and G-COIN compensation plan. Detailed instructions on the procedures and policies will be provided to ensure you can apply accordingly.
Please review the following details carefully before selecting either the G-COIN compensation or refund plan.

※ Following the system update, there is a high possibility of errors due to a surge in applications. We will be monitoring the situation in real-time to address any issues that arise, and processing times may be slightly delayed.
The requests will be processed sequentially, however, if you do not receive your reimbursement or G-COIN compensation within 3 hours of your application, please contact PUBG Support on the relevant platform listed below.

Detailed Information on G-COIN Compensation and Reimbursement Plan
Eligible Players
- Players who purchased following "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items" between the end of the update on June 20 (Thur) to June 26 (Wed) 15:00 (UTC).
- PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache Step 1 Set
- PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache Step 2 Set
- PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache Step 3 Set
- PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache Step 4 Set
- PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache Pack (x1)

- Players who purchased items after June 26 (Wed) 15:00 (UTC) are not eligible for the reimbursement and compensation system.
Plan Option
Option 1. G-COIN Compensation Plan
- Players who purchased "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items" between immediately after the update on June 20 (Thur) and June 26 (Wed) 15:00 (UTC), will receive 50% of the G-COIN spent on "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items" during that period, without any items being reclaimed.
Option 2. Reimbursement Plan
Procedure
How to Select Compensation Plan and Procedures
- If you are eligible for the 'PUBG x NewJeans customize restrictions', log into the live server after 02:00 (UTC) on July 11 (Thur), and "Apply for reimbursement or compensation" button will appear at the bottom left of the lobby.
- Through the "Apply for reimbursement or compensation" button, select the "Option 1. G-COIN compensation as specified in the Notice" button.
- Once your selection is complete, the compensation G-COIN will be automatically credited.
How to Select Reimbursement Plan and Procedures
- If you are eligible for the 'PUBG x NewJeans customize restrictions', log into the live server after 02:00 (UTC) on July 11 (Thur), and "Apply for reimbursement or compensation" button will appear at the bottom left of the lobby.
- Through the "Apply for reimbursement or compensation" button, select the "Option 2. Reimbursement and inventory reset according to Notice conditions" button.
- Once your selection is complete, inventory reset will occur immediately, and G-COIN will be automatically reimbursed.
Important Notes for G-COIN Compensation and Reimbursement
To those eligible for compensation and refunds, please carefully review the detailed information below before choosing to apply for either G-COIN compensation or a refund.
- For the reimbursement plan, please note that it includes inventory reset, so ensure you have reviewed the details thoroughly before applying.
- Until you make a selection for reimbursement or compensation, you can purchase G-COIN but you will not be able to buy items from the store, including the hideout and workshop.
- You can only choose one option, either the reimbursement or G-COIN compensation. And once the reimbursement or compensation is completed within the application period, no additional applications can be made.
- Once you have applied for reimbursement or G-COIN compensation, the choice cannot be changed under any circumstances. Therefore, please consider carefully before applying.
- If you do not apply within the specified period, you will automatically be enrolled in the G-COIN compensation plan. Please ensure you make your preferred choice within the application period.
- The G-COIN issued as compensation is bonus G-COIN, which cannot be refunded through platform, and has the same validity period as G-COIN available for purchase in the store.
- The G-COIN issued as reimbursement will be reissued as same specifications as the used G-COIN.
- For smooth support of reimbursement or compensation, PUBG Support will not be available for PUBG x NewJeans related refund assistance from the time this announcement is released.
- Please use the in-game reimbursement and G-COIN compensation system that will be updated on July 11 (Thursday).
- For Add-ons products and platform currency refunds, please contact the customer service of the platform you are using.
- We ask for your understanding that the refunds to platform currency for G-COIN purchased after selecting the reimbursement option will follow the policies of each platform.
Inventory Reset
Reason for Implementing Inventory Reset
- Due to technical issues, it is not possible to retrieve only the "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items". Therefore, we have decided to revert the inventory state to its status immediately after the maintenance on June 20 (Thur).
- If tokens obtained through the purchase of "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items" during the eligibility period were combined with tokens obtained after the period to create items, it is technically difficult to retrieve only the "PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items" purchased within the eligibility period.
- We ask for your understanding to facilitate a smooth reimbursement process.
Inventory Reset Policy
Reset Process
- As previously mentioned, if you apply for the reimbursement plan, your inventory will be reset to the state it was in upon your first login after the maintenance on June 20 (Thur).
- To facilitate smooth reimbursement process, the lobby will be automatically reconnected during the inventory reset.
Purchased Items Policy
- The purchase count for items with the following currency will be reset to the state it was in upon your first login after the maintenance on June 20 (Thur).
- PUBG x NewJeans Collaboration Items (Step Up Package, Loot Cache Package, Emote Pack)
- Workshop - Artisan Crafting, PUBG x NewJeans Crafting
- Hideout - Scrap Broker, 50% discount for the first 10 open
- Items that are no longer available for purchase as of the reimbursement date cannot be repurchased.

Detailed Policy for Inventory Reset
Inventory Policy
- Store
- All items purchased, between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur) and the time you request the reimbursement will be retrieved, and the used currency will be reimbursed.
- PLUS Account and Starter Package (ADD-ONS products)
- From after the update on June 20 (Thur), until the time you apply for a reimbursement, purchased PLUS account will be maintained and PLUS account and Starter Package items will be reissued.
- Pass (Survivor Pass/Workshop Pass)
- From after the update on June 20 (Thur), until the time you apply for a reimbursement, purchased pass item will be processed as follows.
- Free and Premium Pass will be retained at the most recently achieved level and experience points.
- If you purchased the Survivor Pass, it will be changed to the purchased state.
- If you purchased but have not used the item, it will be reissued in the item form.
- Survivor Points (SP) will be reissued based on the restored level.
- Pass rewards will be reset to unclaimed status.
- Levels achieved using G-COIN and level-up items will not be retained.
- All Pass missions will be reset, and you can earn experience points again even if you have already completed daily/weekly missions before.
- If the Survivor Pass: Grunge Queen has already ended at the time you request reimbursement after the #30.2 update, the Survivor Pass: Grunge Queen will be unusable, and the refund policies of each platform will apply.
- PUBG x NewJeans Collaboration Items
- All PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache items and PUBG x NewJeans Emote Packs purchased between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur), and the time you request the reimbursement will be retrieved.
- All results obtained from opening PUBG x NewJeans Loot Cache, PUBG x NewJeans Premium Bundle, and PUBG x NewJeans Event Loot Cache between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur) and the time you request the reimbursement will be retrieved.
- All PUBG x NewJeans items crafted between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur), and the time you request the reimbursement will be retrieved.
- Workshop
- All results obtained from using Hunter Chest, Archive Chest, Survivor Chest, Supply Loot Cache, Keys, and Key Fragments between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur) and the time you request the reimbursement will be retrieved, and the used chests and keys will be reissued.
- All items crafted, disassembled, or repurposed between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur) and the time you request the reimbursement will be retrieved, and the used currency and materials will be reissued.
- If you crafted keys between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur) and the time you request the reimbursement, the keys will revert to key fragments.
- Hideout
- All results obtained using G-COIN or contraband coupons between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur), and the time you request the reimbursement will be retrieved, and the used currency will be reissued.
- All Schematics and Polymers obtained from salvaging between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur), and the time you request the reimbursement will be retrieved, and the weapon skins used for salvage will be reissued.
- If you changed the level of a Progressive weapon skin between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur), and the time you request the reimbursement, it will be reverted to the level at the time of your first log in to the lobby after the maintenance on June 20 (Thur).
- All used Scraps will be restored, and items exchanged for Scraps will be retrieved.
- Nickname, Clan Tag, Clan Name Change Items
- If you used a name/tag change item acquired between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur), and the time you request the reimbursement, the changed Nickname, Clan Tag, and Clan Name will be retained.
Contents Policy
- The progress, reward status, and settings of the following content will be reset to the state they were in upon your first login after the maintenance on June 20 (Thur).

- You can rejoin ongoing events, but if the event has ended at the time of your reimbursement, participation will not be possible.
- For the rewards of Special Drops events listed below, they will be processed collectively after the reimbursement/G-COIN compensation application period ends.

- The progress of The Collector event will be reset, and if you obtained the PUBG x NewJeans Stage [Custom Lobby] reward, the item will be retrieved.
- Newbie Drops Event & Homecoming Delights
- As of June 20 (Thur), if you were participating in the events, your progress will revert back to June 20 (Thur).
- Any event rewards obtained after June 20 (Thur) will be reset, allowing continued participation in the event.
- If you were not participating in the events as of June 20 (Thur), every event rewards will be reset, and eligibility for re-participation depends on the following conditions:
- You cannot participate again in the Homecoming Delight event for returning users.
- If 14 days have passed since your new registration based on the refund application date, you cannot participate again in the Newbie Drops Event.
- If less than 14 days have passed since your new registration based on the refund application date, you can participate again in the Newbie Drops Event.
- Ranked Mode
- Season 29 Ranked Tier rewards will be reissued according to the tier conditions achieved by your account.
- RP and Tier for Season 30 accounts will be retained.
- Season 30 Ranked Play Point will be preserved.
- Used Tier Protection items will not be restored.
- BP
- BP is calculated at 4,000 BP per day, and will be distributed collectively based on the number of days logged in from the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur) to July 12 (Fri), 00:00 (UTC) after the compensation/reimbursement application period ends.
- Tutorial
- Accounts that completed the tutorial after the maintenance on June 20 (Thur), will need to complete the tutorial again.
- Survival Mastery
- Survival Mastery progress will not be reset, and rewards obtained for survival level ups to the time of the reimbursement application will be reissued.
- Promotion Codes
- Promotion codes for PLUS accounts, Starter Packs, Pass (Survivor/Workshop Passes), and G-COIN bundles will be changed to the used state.
- Other event rewards and purchased promotion codes can be reused.
- If you forgot the information for promotion codes used after the maintenance on June 20 (Thur), please contact the seller of the purchased promotion code or the platform where you received it as event reward.
- Web event
- Rewards obtained from the PUBG x NewJeans web event will be retrieved and will be reissued collectively after the event ends.
- Medals
- Medals will not be reset and will be retained as they are.
- Battlestat
- Battlestat recorded between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur), and the time you request the reimbursement, will not be restored even if you used the Battlestat Exchange Kit.
- Reputation Level Rewards
- Rewards for first reputation level up will be restored, but level maintain rewards will be reset.
- Lobby/Preset Settings
- Due to technical issues, the appearance will be changed to the default appearance.
- If you apply for the refund option while the PUBG x NewJeans Stage [Custom Lobby] is equipped, it will be changed to the default lobby setting.
- Xbox Game Pass Exclusive Pack / PlayStation PLUS Exclusive Bundle
- If you obtained Subscription Add-ons items (Xbox Game Pass Exclusive Pack / PlayStation®Plus Exclusive Bundle) between the end of maintenance on June 20 (Thur) and the time you request the reimbursement, the item will be reissued.
