Hello PUBG Esports fans,

The PUBG Nations Cup (PNC) is back and slated for June this year after it was introduced three years ago!

The PNC 2022 global tournament will be hosted in Bangkok, Thailand from June 16 to June 19, 2022 with the participation of 16 teams globally with prize money up to $500K USD and further augmented with crowdfunding. Each team participating in the PUBG Nations Cup will include 1 coach and 4 players.

The APAC region will have 4 teams: Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia and each team will have their own team selection criteria for PNC 2022 as shown below:

Australia

• Player #1, #2:
  • Australian MVP playing in PCS6 APAC
  • Australian MVP playing in PCS6 Americas
• Player #3, #4: Voted by the professional players.
• Coach: Will be mutually decided by the above four players.

Vietnam – Thailand

Vietnam, Thailand will use the same method to select the team’s Coach and the players in the squad for PUBG Nations Cup 2022.

• Coach: will be decided by PUBG Esports local team
• Players #1 and #2: will be voted by coach (Vietnam and Thailand) with the PUBG Esports local teams.
• Player #3: voted among pro-players in the highest-level esports event in Vietnam and Thailand.
  • Vietnam: PUBG Vietnam Series Spring 2022 (PCS6 APAC Qualifier)
  • Thailand: PUBG Thailand Series 2022 Season 7 (PCS6 APAC Qualifier)
• Players #4: voted by the selected coach and 3 above players with the consent of PUBG Esports local team.

Indonesia

• Coach: will be decided by PUBG Esports local team
• Player #1: MVP of PUBG Challenger Rumble 2022 Season 3.
• Player #2: Most consistent players in PUBG PC Indonesia scene so far.
• Player #3, #4: Voted by the community.
