1. INTRODUCTION
KRAFTON (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, use and process information about you (“you”, “user”, or “player”). KRAFTON refers to KRAFTON, Inc and its subsidiary and affiliated entities that provide and develop games and services under different studios. We provide video game (“Game(s)”), official sites (“Site(s)”) and services related to the Game (i.e. event, survey, Esports, or customer service) (“Service(s)”) to players. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes what personal information we collect and how we use it. This Policy also explains your rights with respect to this data and how you can communicate with us.
We will occasionally update this Policy. When we do, we will revise the effective & last updated date above. We automatically collect certain information when you are playing our Games and/or use our Services. The type of information that we automatically collect may vary, but generally includes:
a. Device/Activity information, such as IP address, MAC address, device ID, device model, network type, OS version, time zone settings, battery status, screen resolution, etc.;
b. Gameplay information, such as game setting, play date/time, etc.;
c. Browsing information, such as your browsing behavior while using our site and/or services.

4. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We share certain personal information with third parties to provide our Games, Sites and Services to you, including service providers that process personal information on behalf of us to provide our Games, Sites and Services to you, like customer support and to manage our community. Examples of these third parties include:
1) third party program restriction providers to block cheating tools and unauthorized programs;
2) cloud computing service providers to provide cloud storage services;
3) payment service providers to assist with payment for transactions or providing withdrawing service for sellers;
