Closure Notice of Compensation/Reimbursement System for PUBG x NewJeans - NEWS

Hello players,

We would like to inform you about the closure of the PUBG x NewJeans reimbursement/G-COIN compensation application system as follows:

PC: Application System Closed
Console: August 10, 2024 (Sat) 02:00 UTC

For players who were eligible for Compensation/Reimbursement but have not applied, G-COIN compensation will be automatically selected and distributed according to the purchase history.

Players who have not completed the reimbursement/G-COIN compensation application for the PUBG x NewJeans collaboration within the designated period	PC: By August 9, 2024 (Fri) 14:59 UTC Console: By August 16, 2024 (Fri) 14:59 UTC

As previously announced in the PUBG x NewJeans collaboration notice (PC notice, Console notice), we will proceed with the restoration of event rewards for players who have chosen the reimbursement plan after the reimbursement/compensation system operation period ends.

Restorations for Refund Selection

For players who chose the reimbursement plan from the PUBG x NewJeans reimbursement/compensation system, the June event rewards will be distributed to those who received rewards on their account.

As previously mentioned, the Special Drops Event conducted in July is not included in the reward restoration.
Only rewards that were directly received on the account will be distributed. If the reward conditions were met but not actually received on the account, the reward will not be provided.

Rewards will be distributed all at once according to the number of days logged in during the reward distribution period.
- PC: After live server maintenance on June 12, 2024 (Wed) until July 4, 2024 (Thur) at 00:00 UTC
- Console: After live server maintenance on June 20, 2024 (Thur) until July 12, 2024 (Fri) at 00:00 UTC
BP will be calculated at 4,000 BP per day.
- (Example) If the players has logged in for 13 days from the end of maintenance on June 12, 2024, until 00:00 UTC on July 4, 2024, a total of 52,000 BP will be given.
